The following GENERAL Terms & Conditions are for the Commission of original artwork or designs from AZZURRO (AARON BATIC). The following information must be read fully and accepted before signing and dating COMMISSION AGREEMENT AND INVOICE, which is legally binding.

+ Artist

The individual producing the Commission (Aaron 'AZZURRO' Batic, "AZZURRO ARTS")

+ Purchaser

The individual purchasing the Commission.

+ Commission

The form of service provided by the Artist to the Purchaser per the Commission Agreement. "Commission", "Art[work]," "Image[ry]," and "Project[s]" are used interchangeably herein and in Commission correspondence.

+ Commission Agreement

The discussion, documented via email in which the Artist and the Purchaser agree to the subject matter and type of Commission to be produced, the Commission price, the Start of Work date, and deadlines. This Commission Agreement shall remain on record with the Artist, along with any other documents related to the Commission, for at least two years.

+ Start of Work

The point in time by which the Purchaser has approved the Artist to start work on the Commission (e.g the Artist begins painting).



The Artist hereby sells or transfers the Commission to the Purchaser at the agreed value written in the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work.


Full payments must be made in the signing of the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work. NOTE: All prices are specificed as Australian Dollars ($AUD).


The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request at their own discretion, without needing to explain the reason. NOTE: The Artist will not create any depiction of sexually explicit or grotesque material of any nature.


The Artist reserves the right to prioritise Commission requests in accordance to skill level required, availability, flexibility of deadlines, subject matter, pricing and shipping.


The Artist reserves the right to cancel work on a Commission or end dialogue relating to a Commission Agreement due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these Terms of Service on the Purchaser's behalf

The Artist will not reproduce a Copyrighted or Trademarked image or character without expressed written permission of its Copyright or Trademark owner, and as it pertains to Australian Copyright Law.

By commissioning the Artist, the Purchaser is purchasing the Artist's labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission which includes but is not limited to; Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion. The Purchaser may not distribute, reproduce, edit, alter, trace or otherwise profit from the Commission without the Artist's expressed written permission or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work. Artist also retains full copyright for any mockup designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission.


The Purchaser must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement. A complex Commission will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work. The Purchaser must specify the desired display size of the Commission. A large display size will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.


If the Commission is defined as confidential in the Commission Agreement, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Purchaser and as defined in the Commission Agreement until such time the Commission Agreement specifies public display is permitted.


The Purchaser may display the Commission in other public spaces, online spaces and profiles as long as the Artist’s name (“AZZURRO”) is correctly and prominently displayed along with a link to AND/OR "@a.zzurro" for social media accounts.
